ਬੇਟੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਬਾਦ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਵਿਚ 2017 ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੇ 2017 ਵਿਚ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਬੇਟੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਬਾਦ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਨਸਾਬੇਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[1] ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕੁਲੈਕਟਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ, ਬੇਕਰੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕੇਕ ਅਤੇ ਕੂਕੀਜ਼ ਵੇਚਦੀ ਹੈ।[2] ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ 15 ਤੋਂ 22 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਣੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਆਸ਼ਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤ ਤੇ ਬਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ।[3] ਸਾਲ 2018 ਤੱਕ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ ਬਦਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਲਾਗਤ 8800 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਅਦਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਸਨ।[4] [5] ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ 4000 ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ 5200 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੈ।

ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ, 2017 ਦਾ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ, ਰਾਮ ਨਾਥ ਕੋਵਿੰਦ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ 100,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।[6] ਬੇਕਰੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।[7][8]
