ਰੰਜਨਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਆਲੋਚਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉੱਤਰ-ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਅਧਿਐਨ, ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰ-ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ, ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਦਾਸੀਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੋਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਣ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਏਜੰਸੀ, ਫਿਲਮ, ਅਲਜੀਰੀਆ, ਖੇਤਰ ਅਧਿਐਨ, ਆਤਮਕਥਾ, ਮਾਰਕਸਵਾਦ, ਵਿਜ਼ੂਅਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਥਿਊਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 1993 ਵਿੱਚ ਯਾਰਕ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੀਐਚ.ਡੀ. ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੀਐਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਵਾਸ਼ਿੰਗਟਨ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਟਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਖੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ 2000 ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਊਕ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੁਮੈਨ ਸਟਡੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਤੌਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ੈਸਰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।[1]
