ਸਟੇਸੀ ਹਾਰਨ
ਸਟੇਸੀ ਹਾਰਨ (ਜਨਮ 3 ਜੂਨ, 1956 ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਰਫੋਕ, ਵਰਜੀਨੀਆ) ਇੱਕ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਲੇਖਕ, ਵਪਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਕਦੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ-ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਲੋਂਗ ਆਇਲੈਂਡ, ਨਯੂਯਾਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੇ ਟੂਫ਼ਟਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਬੀ.ਐਫ.ਏ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸਨੇ ਨਯੂਯਾਰਕ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਟਰੈਕਟਿਵ ਦੂਰਸੰਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੁਏਟ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[1]
1990 ਵਿੱਚ, ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਰਸੰਚਾਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਹਾਰਨ ਨੇ ਐਕੋ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ, ਇੱਕ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਬੁਲੇਟਨ ਬੋਰਡ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਹੈ, ਕੀਤੀ।

ਸਟੇਸੀ ਹਾਰਨ ਨੇ ਐਕੋਐਨਵਾਈਸੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ, ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਕੈਫ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ, 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਸਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਕੋਇਡਸ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[2][3], ਦ ਵੈਲ, ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਹੈ, ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਸੀ। ਹਾਰਨ ਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਐਕੋ, "ਈਸਟ ਕੋਸਟ ਹੈਂਗ ਆਉਟ" ਲਈ ਹੈ।[4]
