ਹਕੀਮਉੱਲਾ (ਹਕੀਮ ਉੱਲਾ) ਮਹਿਸੂਦ (ਪਸ਼ਤੋ/ਉਰਦੂ: حکیمالله محسود), (ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਨ 1979 - 1 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2013),ਜਨਮ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਮਸ਼ੇਦ ਮਹਿਸੂਦ (Pashto/Urdu: جمشید محسود)ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਕਿ ਜ਼ੁਲਫੀਕਾਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਪਸ਼ਤੋ/ਉਰਦੂ: ذو الفقار محسود), ਤਹਿਰੀਕ-ਏ-ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ (ਟੀ ਟੀ ਪੀ) ਦਾ ਅਮੀਰ ਸੀ।[1][2][3] 2009 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਬੈਤੁੱਲਾ ਮਹਸੂਦ ਦੇ ਸੀ ਆਈ ਏ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਡਰੋਨ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ ਸੀ।[4][5][6]
