ਅਬੀਗੈਲ ਜੈਨ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ 'ਹਮਸੇ ਹੈ ਲਾਇਫ਼' ਲੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹਿੰਦੀ ਟੈਲੀਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਡਰਾਮਾ 'ਕਆ ਦਿਲ ਮੇਂ ਹੈ' ਅਤੇ 'ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਨਜ' ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਹੈ। [1]

ਜੈਨ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 9 ਐਕਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ 'ਕਯਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੇਂ ਹੈ' ਵਿਚ ਕਾਕੂਨ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਮਿਲੀ।[2] ਉਹ ਇਸੇ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ 'ਕੌਣ ਜਿਤੇਗਾ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਕਾ ਟਿਕਟ' ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਯੋਗੀ ਵੀ ਸੀ।[3] ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਸਨੇ 'ਹਮਸੇ ਹੈ ਲਾਇਫ਼' ਵਿਚ ਸੀਆ ਢਿੱਲੋ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।

ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਬਿੰਦਾਸ 'ਤੇ ਹਫ਼ਤਾਵਾਰੀ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਡਰਾਮਾ 'ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਨਜ' ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਆਲੀਆ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਆਏਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਸਨਮ ਜੌਹਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਚ ਬੱਲੀਏ 8 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਰਨਰ ਅਪ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਹਾਲ ਹੀ 'ਚ ਉਸਨੂੰ 2016 ਦੇ ਸੁਭਗਯਾਲਖਸ਼ਮੀ, 2018 ਦੇ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਬਦਲਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੋ ਕਾ ਅਤੇ 2019 ਦੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ-ਅਸਤਿਤਵ ਕੇ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਕੀ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਅਬੀਗੈਲ ਯੋਗਾਸਣ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਆਸ਼ਕਾ ਗੋਰਾਡੀਆ ਦੀ ਦੋਸਤੀ ਹੈ।[4][5]


ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਂਸ ਰਿਐਲਿਟੀ ਸ਼ੋਅ 'ਨੱਚ ਬੱਲੀਏ' ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੁਆਏਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਸਨਮ ਜੌਹਰ ਨਾਲ 'ਮੰਗਣੀ' ਕੀਤੀ।[6][7][8][9]
