ਆਲੀਆ ਬਖਸ਼ਾਲ
ਆਲੀਆ ਬਖਸ਼ਲ ( ਉਰਦੂ : عالیہ بخشل, ਜਨਮ: 3 ਜੂਨ, 1978 -) ਇੱਕ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ, ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵੂਮੈਨ ਡੈਮੋਕਰੇਟਿਕ ਫਰੰਟ[1] ਦੀ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਵਾਮੀ ਵਰਕਰਜ਼ ਪਾਰਟੀ, ਸਿੰਧ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਹੈ।[2]
ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਜਵਾਦੀ[3] ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ[4][5][6] ਖੈਰਪੁਰ ਮੀਰ, ਸਿੰਧ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ, ਸਿੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਵਾਮੀ ਵਰਕਰਜ਼ ਪਾਰਟੀ
ਬਖਸ਼ਾਲ ਅਵਾਮੀ ਵਰਕਰਜ਼ ਪਾਰਟੀ (AWP) ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ AWP ਸਿੰਧ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।[7]

ਬਖਸ਼ਾਲ ਦਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦ ਉਦੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਵੂਮੈਨਜ਼ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਫੋਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਈ।[8] ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਅਵਾਮੀ ਵਰਕਰਜ਼ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਉਹ ਨਾਰੀ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਮਹਾਜ਼ ( ਮਹਿਲਾ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਮੋਰਚਾ)[9][10] ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਜਵਾਦੀ ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਮਾਰਚ (ਮਹਿਲਾ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਮਾਰਚ)[11] ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਮਹਿਲਾ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਫਰੰਟ
ਬਖਸ਼ਾਲ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ[12] ਵੂਮੈਨ ਡੈਮੋਕਰੇਟਿਕ ਫਰੰਟ[13][14] ਡਬਲਯੂ.ਡੀ.ਐੱਫ. ਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ,[15] ਉਸਨੇ ਸਿੰਧੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਿੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਸਰਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਉਸਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ[16] ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਵਰਗ,[17] ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀ 'ਤੇ WDF ਫੋਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਈ।[18] ਉਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਮਾਰਚ 2020 ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।[19]
ਔਰਤ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਮਾਰਚ
ਬਖਸ਼ਾਲ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਫਰੰਟ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 2018 ਤੋਂ ਸਿੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਮਾਰਚ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ[20][21]
