ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਧੁਲਿਕਾ
ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਧੁਲਿਕਾ (ਜਨਮ 25 ਅਗਸਤ 1959) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸ਼ੈੱਫ, ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਹੈ।[1][2][3] ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਕਈ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਕਾਲਮ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸ, ਅਮਰ ਉਜਾਲਾ, ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਨਿਕ ਭਾਸਕਰ ਲਈ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਕਵਾਨ ਹਨ।[4][5][6]

ਉਸਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਚਪਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਤਾਏ ਹਨ। ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਇੱਕ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਦੋ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ।

ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਧੁਲਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਣਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨੋਇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਖਾਲੀ ਨੈਸਟ ਸਿੰਡਰੋਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਲਾਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ, 2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਕਾਹਾਰੀ ਪਕਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪਕਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧੀ ਹੋਈ।[7]
2011 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਭੋਜਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅੰਜਨ YouTube ਚੈਨਲ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ।[8] 2011 ਤੱਕ, ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਲੌਗ 'ਤੇ 100 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਾਣਾ ਪਕਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਕਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸਨ।

ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਟੀਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਦੇ #seesomethingnew ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ[12][13] ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਟ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਟਾਟਾ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ 'ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਡਰੂਵ' ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
2016 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਦ ਇਕਨਾਮਿਕ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ "ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੇ 10 ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ਸੁਪਰਸਟਾਰ" ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[14] ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ 2016 'ਚ ਵੋਡਾਫੋਨ ਦੀ 'ਵੂਮੈਨ ਆਫ ਪਿਊਰ ਵੈਂਡਰ' ਕੌਫੀ ਟੇਬਲ ਬੁੱਕ 'ਚ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। 2020 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ 10 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ YouTube ਡਾਇਮੰਡ ਪਲੇ ਬਟਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।[15]
