ਬਿਸਮਿਲ (ਤਰਕ: Bismil) ਤੁਰਕੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਆਰਬਾਕਿਰ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ। 2012 ਕੀ ਜਨਗਣਨਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਇਸਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਜਨਸੰਖਿਆ (ਗ੍ਰਾਮੀਣ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ) 1,11,746 ਹੈ।[3][4] ਇਥੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਕੁਰਦ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਬਿਸਮਿਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਠੀਕ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਿਦਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਹਜਹਾਨਪੁਰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਹਜਹਾਨਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ। ਬਿਸਮਿਲ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਜਨਸੰਖਿਆ 60,150 ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਮੇਅਰ ਕੀਮਲੇ ਐਮਨੋਗਲੋ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੀਸ ਐਂਡ ਡਮੋਕਰੀਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਅਲੁੱਕ ਰਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
