ਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਸ਼ੈਟੀ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Krithi Shetty; ਜਨਮ 21 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2003)[1] ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਫਲ ਫਿਲਮ ਉਪੇਨਾ (2021) ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[2]

ਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 21 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2003 ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ,[3] ਇੱਕ ਟੁਲੂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮੰਗਲੌਰ, ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ।[4][5] ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਭੈਣ-ਭਰਾ ਹਨ, ਇਕ ਭਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਭੈਣ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਵਰੀ 2021 ਤੱਕ , ਉਹ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।[6][7] ਆਪਣੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕਤਾ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਉਸਨੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਤੁਲੂ, ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਬੋਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਲਈ ਤਾਮਿਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਹਿੰਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ <i id="mwOw">ਸੁਪਰ 30</i> ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਦਿੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ,[8] ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਨੇ ਬੁਚੀ ਬਾਬੂ ਸਨਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਥਰੀ ਮੂਵੀ ਮੇਕਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਕੁਮਾਰ ਰਾਈਟਿੰਗਜ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਮਿਤ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਫਿਲਮ ਉਪਪੇਨਾ[9] ਨਾਲ, 17 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਾਕਸ ਆਫਿਸ 'ਤੇ ₹100 ਕਰੋੜ (US$13 million) ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਫਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।[10] ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ ' ਨੇਸ਼ੀਥਾ ਨਿਆਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ: "ਨਵੇਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਤਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੇਚੀਦਗੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੱਢਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।[11] 2021 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਨਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਫਿਲਮ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਰਾਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ।[12] 2022 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਐਨ. ਲਿੰਗੁਸਾਮੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਤ ਦੋਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਦ ਵਾਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਮ ਪੋਥੀਨੇਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ।[13] ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।[14] ਫਿਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਲੋਚਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਸੀ।[15] ਉਸੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਫਿਲਮ ਮਾਚੇਰਲਾ ਨਿਯੋਜਕਵਰਗਮ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਮਐਸ ਰਾਜਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਰੈੱਡੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[16] 2022 ਤੱਕ, ਉਹ ਸੁਧੀਰ ਬਾਬੂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿ-ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ, ਮੋਹਨਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਇੰਦਰਗੰਤੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਤ ਆ ਅੰਮਾਈ ਗੁਰਿੰਚੀ ਮੀਕੂ ਚੇਪਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।[17][18]
