ਜਯਾਮਾਲਾ (ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Jayamala) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੇਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਅਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।[1] ਉਸਨੇ 2008 ਅਤੇ 2010 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਫਿਲਮ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਆਫ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ।[2][3] ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਕੰਨੜ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਦਾ ਕਨਿਕ , ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਗੁਰੂ, ਅੰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀ ਚਾਮੁੰਡੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਉਸਨੇ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਜੇਤੂ ਥਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬਾ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜੀਵਨ[ਸੋਧੋ]

ਜੈਮਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮੰਗਲੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਲੂ ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ. ਓਮਈਆ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀਕਾਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਕਮਲੰਮਾ, ਇੱਕ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਔਰਤ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੇ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਰਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਨੰਬੂਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦਰਗਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਜਾੜੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 1963 ਵਿੱਚ ਚਿਕਮਗਲੂਰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ। [4]

ਉਸਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕੰਨੜ ਫਿਲਮ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਕਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਜੋੜੇ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਧੀ ਸੌਂਦਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਤਲਾਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ[5][6] ਉਸਨੇ ਸਿਨੇਮੈਟੋਗ੍ਰਾਫਰ ਐਚ.ਐਮ ਰਾਮਚੰਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਕੀਤਾ।[7]

ਵਿਵਾਦ[ਸੋਧੋ]

ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਤਾਮਿਲ ਫਿਲਮ ' ਨੰਬੀਨਾਰ ਕੇਦੁਵਥਿਲਈ ' ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਬਰੀਮਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਅਯੱਪਾ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਬਰੀਮਾਲਾ ਮੰਦਰ 'ਚ 10 ਤੋਂ 50 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਭੜਕਾਹਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਕ ਯੁੱਧ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਵੀ ਰਾਜੇਂਦਰਨ ਸੀ[8][9] ਜੋ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੇਰਲ ਰਾਜ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਰਾਣੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਜੈਮਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ 'ਤੇ ਪਛਤਾਵਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਨੇ ਮੰਦਰ 'ਚ ਧੱਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਰਾਜੇਂਦਰਨ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹਣਾ ਅਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਗਰਭਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੂਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਸਬਰੀਮਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਵੋਤਮ ਪੁਜਾਰੀ ਕਾਂਤਾਰਾਰੂ ਮਹੇਸ਼ਵਰੂ ਨੇ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਰਜ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।[10][11][12][13][14]
