ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਲੋਕ ਜਾਂ ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਕੌਮ ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸ ਮੁਲਕ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਕਨੂੰਨੀ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਜਾਂ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਲੋਕ, ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ-ਬੋਲੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਰਮਨ, ਬਾਸਕ, ਬਰੇਤੋਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
