ਬੀਮਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ
ਬੀਮਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Bima Bharti; ਜਨਮ 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ 1973)[1] ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਨਾ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ (ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ) ਦੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2000 ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 4 ਵਾਰ ਰੂਪੌਲੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਾ ਚੁਣੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਫਰਵਰੀ 2005 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2005 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਮੁੜ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਸਿਆਸੀ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਸੀਮਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਜੀਵਨ 2000 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਰੂਪੌਲੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੀ ਗਈ।[2] ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣ ਗਈ।[3] ਫਰਵਰੀ 2005 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਨਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਟ ਹਾਰ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਗਲੇ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਸੀਟ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[4] ਉਸਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ 2010 ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ (ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ।[5] ਉਹ 2010 ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ (ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ) ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਚੁਣੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[6][7]
ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜੀਵਨ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਅਵਧੇਸ਼ ਮੰਡਲ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[8][9] ਜਨਵਰੀ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ, ਜਿਸਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕੇਸ ਸਨ, ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੱਜਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ।[10] ਅਗਸਤ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ 21 ਸਾਲਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[11] ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ।[12][13]
