ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਸੀਮ ਬੱਟ (ਉਰਦੂ: محمد عاصم بٹ) ਇੱਕ ਉਰਦੂ ਨਾਵਲਕਾਰ, ਕਹਾਣੀਕਾਰ, ਅਨੁਵਾਦਕ, ਖੋਜਕਾਰ, ਸੰਪਾਦਕ, ਆਲੋਚਕ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਹੈ। [1] [2] ਉਸਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਾਵਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਕੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਰਦੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਬੱਟ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਦਾ ਹੈ। [3] [4] [5]

2006 ਤੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਆਫ਼ ਲੈਟਰਜ਼ ਨਾਲ, ਇੱਕ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ, ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਅਦਬੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ `ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। [6]
