ਯੁਗਪੁਰਸ਼: ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਨਾ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ 2016 ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਨਾਟਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਜੈਨ ਦਾਰਸ਼ਨਿਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਰਾਜਚੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਨੇਤਾ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੈ। ਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉੱਤਮ ਗੜਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੈ। ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਗੀਤ ਸਚਿਨ-ਜਿਗਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਰਾਜਚੰਦਰ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਧਰਮਪੁਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਪੂਜਯ ਗੁਰੂਦੇਵਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ਭਾਈ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਾਟਕ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਬੰਗਾਲੀ, ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਮਰਾਠੀ, ਤਾਮਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਨੜ ਸਮੇਤ ਕੁੱਲ ਸੱਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੂਪਾਂਤਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਨੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2017 ਤੱਕ 1004 ਸ਼ੋਅ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਹਨ।[1][2][3]
ਕਹਾਣੀ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਯੁਗਪੁਰਸ਼ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਰਾਜਚੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਿਆਰ, ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥਤਾ, ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ, ਸੱਚਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਦਰਾਂ-ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ 1891 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਮਿਲੇ ਸਨ। ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਚਲੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਚਰਿੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੜਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਦੋਸਤੀ ਖਿੜ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਉਹ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸੱਚ, ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਧੀਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਦੀ 33 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰਚੇ ਗਏ ਪੱਤਰ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਸਨ। ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਦਾਰ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[4][5]
ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ 14 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2016 ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ।[6] ਇਸਦੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਸੰਸਕਰਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਇਲ ਓਪੇਰਾ ਹਾਊਸ, ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ।[7] ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਕੰਨੜ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਮਾਰਚ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸੌਧਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਨਾਟਕ ਮਾਰਚ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[8][9][10] ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇਵੇਂਦਰ ਫੜਨਵੀਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ।[11] ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਚੈਸਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।[12][13] ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਮਈ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਲਕਾਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਗਾਲੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ 550ਵਾਂ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
ਨਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਗੈਰ-ਲਾਭਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਦ ਰਾਜਚੰਦਰ ਲਵ ਐਂਡ ਕੇਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮਪੁਰ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ 250 ਬਿਸਤਰਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਲਟੀ-ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲਿਟੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।[14]
