ਲਕਸਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ 70 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਦੁਵਾਰ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿੱਤ ਇਹ ਹਲਕਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਹੈ।[1] 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 80150 ਵੋਟਰ ਸਨ। [2]
