ਲੀਨਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ-ਲੀਨਾ, ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਲਗਜ਼ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ।

ਲੀਨਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਕੀਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ।[1] ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਭਾਬੀ ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਜ਼ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ-ਲੀਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ।[2]
2010 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਮੰਡਲ ਖੇਡਾਂ 2010 ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਸੀ।[3] 2016 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਦਾ ਲੇਬਲ ਆਸ਼ਿਮਾ-ਲੀਨਾ ਨੇ ਫ੍ਰੈਗਰੈਂਸ ਆਫ਼ ਪਰਸ਼ੀਆ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ, ਇੱਕ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਫਾਰਸੀ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੈ।[4] 2018 ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਮਕਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ ਕਰਾਫ਼ਟਿੰਗ ਬੁਣਾਈ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਵਾਬੀਦਾ ਨਾਮਕ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਊਚਰ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ।[5] 2018 ਵਿੱਚ, ਲੀਨਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਜੁਲਾਹੇ ਦੀ ਕਲਾਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਉਲਟਾ ਸ਼ਾਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।[6] 2020 ਵਿੱਚ, ਲੀਨਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਰੀਨਾ ਢਾਕਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਮਾਸਕ, ਬਿਸਤਰੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਦਰਾਂ, ਜਾਂ ਸਿਰਹਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਢੱਕਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਲੇਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ।[7]
