“ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ” ਵਰਗੇ ਪੜਨਾਂਵ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਕੀਪੀਡੀਆ ’ਤੇ “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ” ਵਰਤਣਾ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਰੀਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਣਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ “ਮਹਾਨ”, “ਪੂਜਨੀਕ”, “ਅਵਤਾਰੀ”, “ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ” ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ। • ਨੀਤੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ, ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਕਾਲੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ। • ਉਹ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਕੀਪੀਡੀਆ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਏਜੰਡੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸੰਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ
