ਸ਼ਰਦਾ ਸਿਨਹਾ (1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 1952) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੈਥਿਲੀ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਲੋਕ-ਗਾਇਕਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਭੋਜਪੁਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਘੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਛੱਠ ਪੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਥੀਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਗਾਣੇ "ਹੋ ਦੀਨਨਾਥ" ਦੇ ਮੈਥਿਲੀ ਸੰਸਕਰਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ, 2018 ਦੀ ਪੂਰਵ ਸੰਧਿਆ 'ਤੇ ਪਦਮ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ, ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[2][3]

ਸਿਨਹਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਪੌਲ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਘੋਪੁਰ, ਹੂਲਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਮੈਥਿਲੀ ਲੋਕ ਗੀਤ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਮੈਥਿਲੀ, ਭੋਜਪੁਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਘੀ ਦੇ ਗਾਣੇ ਗਾਏ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਪਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ।[4] ਪ੍ਰਯਾਗ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਬਸੰਤ ਮਹਾਉਤਸਵ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਗ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਬਸੰਤ ਦੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਕਈ ਗੀਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ,[5] ਜਿੱਥੇ ਬਸੰਤ ਦੇ ਆਗਮਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਗੀਤ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ. ਉਹ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਦੁਰਗਾ ਪੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ.[6][7] ਉਸਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਰੀਸ਼ਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਵੀਨ ਰਾਮਗੂਲਮ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਆਏ ਸਨ.[8][9]
ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਉਤਸਵ, 2010, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।[10]
