ਹੂਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਹਾਉਤੀ ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ੈਦੀ ਸ਼ੀਆ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਲਹਿਰ ਸਾਦਾਹ, ਉੱਤਰੀ ਯਮਨ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੁਆਤ ਹੁਸੈਨ ਬਦਰੇਦੀਨ ਅਲ-ਹੂਤੀ[20] ਦੁਆਰਾ 2004 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਹਿਰ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਅਲੀ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਸਾਲੇਹ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੂਤੀ ਵਿਦਰੋਹ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੁਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇੱਕ ਖਬਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੁਸੈਨ ਬਦਰੇਦੀਨ ਅਲ-ਹੂਤੀ ਦੀ ਯਮਨ ਦੀ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਵਿਦ੍ਰੋਹ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਬਦੁਲ-ਮਲਿਕ ਅਲ ਹੂਤੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
