ਨਿਮਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਹਿਤਾ[1][2][3] ਇੱਕ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ, ਮਾਡਲ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਂਸਰ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ, ਹਿੰਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ' ਡੇਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਟਾਫਰੀ[4][5][6][7] (ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਸੁਪਰਹਿੱਟ ਫਿਲਮ ਛੇਲੋ ਦਿਵਸ ਦਾ ਰੀਮੇਕ) ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹ ਆਇਸ਼ਾ ਮਾਈ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਗਰਲਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਮਹਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 6 ਜਨਵਰੀ 1990 ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਵੀਰੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਲਮਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੰਡਨ, ਯੂਕੇ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ 2 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਭੈਣ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ। ਨਿਮਿਸ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਲੰਡਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਸਟਮਿੰਸਟਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੀਏ ਆਨਰਜ਼ ਐਲਐਲਬੀ ਲਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ। ਆਪਣੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ, ਉਸਨੇ ਲੰਡਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਅਸਤ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਲੰਡਨ 2013 ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਪਹਿਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ,[8][9][10] ਮਿਸ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਰਲਡਵਾਈਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ।
ਕਰੀਅਰ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਉਸਨੇ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਗੌੜ ( ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਫਿਲਮ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਤੋਂ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਤ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਫਿਲਮ 'ਦੇਅਰ ਵਿਲ ਬੀ ਕਲ' ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਾਹਿਲ ਸਲਾਥੀਆ (ਐਵਰੈਸਟ ਟੀਵੀ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਪੁਰਸ਼) ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। [11] ਫਿਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਆ ਵਿੱਚ HIV ਵਰਲਡ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[12][13]
ਮਹਿਤਾ ਨੇ 2016 ਦੀ ਕਾਮੇਡੀ ਫੀਚਰ ਫਿਲਮ ਡੇਜ਼ ਆਫ ਟਾਫਰੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਹਿੱਟ ਫਿਲਮ ' ਛੇਲੋ ਦਿਵਸ' ਦੀ ਰੀਮੇਕ ਹੈ, ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[4] ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵੈਬ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਫਿਕਸ਼ਨ ਥ੍ਰਿਲਰ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਆਇਸ਼ਾ ਮਾਈ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਗਰਲਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਅਭਿਨੈ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।[1]
