ਅਨੁਜਾ ਤ੍ਰੇਹਨ ਕਪੂਰ (ਜਨਮ 24 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 1975) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ, ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।[1][2][3][4]

ਮੁਡਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ[ਸੋਧੋ]

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ, ਭਾਰਤ, ਕਪੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਭਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ. ਉਹ ਤੀਸ ਹਜ਼ਾਰੀ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਕਵੀਨ ਮੈਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਚਲਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਕ੍ਰਿਮੀਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਐਂਥਰੋਪੋਲੋਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਰਸ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਟੋਕੀਆਵਾ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਪੀੜਤ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ, ਜਪਾਨ ਤੱਕ. ਉਸਨੇ ਸੀਸੀਐਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਐਲਐਲਬੀ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ।[5]

ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ[ਸੋਧੋ]

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਵਜੋਂ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ, ਉਹ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਯੋਸਰਜ਼ ਐਨਜੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ।[6]

ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਉੱਚ-ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਇੰਦਰਾਣੀ ਮੁਕੇਰਜੀਆ ਕੇਸ, ਸੋਮਨਾਥ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੇਸ, ਆਸਾਰਾਮ ਬਾਪੂ ਕੇਸ, ਸੁਨੰਦਾ ਪੁਸ਼ਕਰ, 2008 ਦੇ ਨੋਇਡਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਹਰੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ "ਆਰੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਤਲ" ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, 2012 'ਤੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ "ਨਿਰਭਯਾ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਕੇਸ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ" ਅਤੇ 2014 ਬਦਾੳਨ ਸਮੂਹਕ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼।[7]

ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਉਹ ਅਸਧਾਰਨ ਵਿਹਾਰ, ਆਤਮਹੱਤਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਬਾਲ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਤਲਾਕ, ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ, ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ, ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਟਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ।[8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]

ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਭਿਆ ਏਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਮਕ ਇੱਕ ਗੈਰ-ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜੋ ਪੀੜਤ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ।[18][19] ਉਸਨੇ ਆਗਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ੇਰੋਜ਼ ਕੈਫੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਤਾਇਆ।[20] ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਿਰਭਿਕ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਉਸਨੇ ਮਿਉਨਿਸਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।[21][22] ਉਹ ਤੇਜ਼ਾਬੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।[23]

ਕਪੂਰ 15 ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਿਮਪੋਜ਼ੀਅਮ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਡਬਲਯੂਐੱਸਵੀ, ਵਿਕਟਿਮ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ, ਐਂਜਲੈਂਡਸ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਏ ਕਰਿਮਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਦੇ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ।[24]

ਮਾਰਚ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ, ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ 24 ਸਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਲੜਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ 16 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਨੇਪਾਲੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਵੇਸਵਾਗਮਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[25][26][27]

ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ, ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਟੂਡੇ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਨਜਿੱਠਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ।[28]
