2024 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 13 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2024 ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ 2020-2021 ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਲਈ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਫਲੋਰ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ (ਐੱਮ. ਐੱਸ. ਪੀ.) 'ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਹੈ।[14] ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਮਾਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ 12 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ।[15]

ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵੱਲ ਮਾਰਚ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ,[16] ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਬੈਰੀਕੇਡ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ।[17] ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਟਰ ਕੈਨਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜੋ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ, ਟਰੱਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਦਲ ਨਿਕਲੇ। ਸੀਮਿੰਟ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਚੋਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਸਪਾਈਕ, ਕੰਡਿਆਲੀ ਤਾਰ, ਅਤੇ ਧਾਤ ਦੇ ਬਲਾਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਪੁਆਇੰਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਰੀਕੇਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਧਾਰਾ 144 ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[18]

2021 ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਵਿਵਾਦਪੂਰਨ ਐਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ, ਅਰਥਾਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਉਤਪਾਦ ਵਪਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਣਜ (ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਐਂਡ ਫੈਸੀਲੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ) ਐਕਟ 2020, ਕਿਸਾਨ (ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ) ਮੁੱਲ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਐਕਟ 2020, ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ (ਸੋਧ) ਐਕਟ 2020।[19] ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਖੇਤੀ ਐਕਟ ਸਤੰਬਰ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ [19] ਧਰਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ 200 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਈਆਂ।[20]

ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਸਰਹੱਦ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ, ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀ ਭੀੜ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਅਤੇ ਰਬੜ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਟਿੱਕਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਬੈਰੀਕੇਡ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ।[18] ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।[17] ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਨ।[21]

ਧਰਨੇ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਆਗੂ ਬੀਕੇਯੂ (ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ) ਦੇ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਗ੍ਰਾਫ (ਉਸ ਦੀ ਲੋਕਪ੍ਰਿਯਤਾ) ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਰਾਮ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਧਿਆ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮੌਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।[22] ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਖੱਟਰ ਨੇ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।[23] ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪਵਨ ਖੇੜਾ ਨੇ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ।[24]
