ਬਲਹ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 68 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ। ਮੰਡੀ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿੱਤ ਇਹ ਹਲਕਾ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਾਵਾਂਰਾ ਲਈ ਰਾਖਵਾ ਹੈ।[1] 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 65,451 ਵੋਟਰ ਸਨ। [2]
