ਪੋਰਤੋ-ਨੋਵੋ (ਹੋਗਬੋਨੂ ਜਾਂ ਅਜ਼ਾਸੇ ਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ਼ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ਪੱਛਮੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਬੇਨਿਨ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਕ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਦਹੋਮੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਪਰਗਣੇ ਦਾ ਖੇਤਰਫਲ 110 ਵਰਗ ਕਿ.ਮੀ. ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 2002 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਬਾਦੀ 223,552 ਸੀ।[2][3]
