ਨਿਕੋਸੀਆ, (ਸਥਾਨਕ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਫ਼ਕੋਸੀਆ (ਯੂਨਾਨੀ: Λευκωσία, Turkish: Lefkoşa), ਸਾਈਪ੍ਰਸ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ, ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ।[1] ਬਰਲਿਨ ਕੰਧ ਦੇ ਢਹਿ ਜਾਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ, ਨਿਕੋਸੀਆ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਇੱਕੋ-ਇੱਕ ਵੰਡੀ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਬਣ ਗਈ,[2] ਜਿਸਦੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਗ ਹਰੀ ਲਕੀਰ ਨਾਮਕ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਨਾਲ਼ ਵੰਡੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।[3] ਇਹ ਟਾਪੂ ਦੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀਦੀਓਸ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ।
